Order Components Factory-Direct
& Increase Your Margins Significantly
Buy Components Advantageously
Our
license program enables you to buy factory-direct awning system
components. Your cost for the frame is considerably
less than if you purchased it assembled from a traditional
distributor or wholesaler. Putting the awning together is quick and simple and
requires minimal tools.
We Work to Reduce Your Costs
We earn no profit on the sale of components to you. You pay a $40 royalty per
awning, included with your purchase, from which we receive our only return. We
work with you to reduce your costs, since we know lower cost for
you means more awnings sold and this generates a greater return for us.
Protected Sales Territory Guaranteed
As a licensed dealer, we will agree to sell to you on an
exclusive basis within the geographic sales territory we jointly
determine to be appropriate,
provided you comply
with the terms of our License Agreement.
You may also market these awnings under your own company brand name or
trademark if you wish.
50 Awnings Per Year Required
A minimum order of components sufficient to build 50 awnings is
required to qualify for our license pricing program. An order of
this size costs approximately $20,000, delivered to your location.
The average profit on each unit sold is over $1,000.
We Can Provide Finished Fabric, Too!
Proper sewing of the fabric for a retractable awning and
availability of an adequate selection of colors and patterns are
essential. If you do not do your own sewing, we can arrange
for prompt & professional delivery of finished fabric to your
shop.
You tell us the size of the awning, the
color and pattern you would like (select from any current Sunbrella
or Dickson Constant in-line stock), and we will have the finished
fabric properly sewn and sent by UPS to your location within 10
working days of receipt of your order.
U.S. dealers have been using this license program VERY
profitably for the past 4 years, and so can you.
