Here is the answer for Where in the Valley...? for April 2 to April 11, 2001

This one was difficult, probably because it looks like a lot of other buildings in the Upper Valley. There were many guesses that identified this as the Lebanon City Hall, and lots of other incorrect guesses, including one very thorough identification of exactly where this photograph of the Thayer Engineering School at Dartmouth was taken from (sorry, Randy!).

Connie Snyder guessed "This looks like the top of the railroad station in White River Junction. Years ago, the RR station had a wonderful windvane of a locomotive, which I understand was stolen."

Other correct guesses were by Harold N. Fournier, Barry Feinberg, Jim Olson, Toby D McAllister, Earl Elsea, and Tim Semple. Steve Glazer and Lisa Johnson both correctly identified their office window where they work at Vital Communities.
