Your ValleyNet user name is exactly the same as the first part of your ValleyNet email address. If your official ValleyNet email address is harry.potter@valley.net, then your user name is harry.potter. You can also user Harry Potter as your user name, because our servers treat dots the same as spaces in processing a user name.
