If you decide to begin using Outlook Express rather than Blitzmail, you can export your Blitz addressbook and then import it into Outlook Express.

In BlitzMail open the address book and click on the Export button. This will export a text file with a default name of PersonalMailingList.txt to the location of your choosing.

Then open Outlook Express, click on the File pulldown menu and select the Import option. Then click on the Other Address Book option. Then click on the Text File option and click Import. This will allow you to browse to and select your .txt file.
