Trying out AOL?...or maybe one of the "free" services? Remember that installing another Internet connection will change the Internet settings on you machine, and you will most likely have to follow your original ValleyNet instruction sheet to restore the necessary settings. It would be best to make sure you have your ValleyNet instructions on hand before you start. You can find our installation and setup instructions on our Help for Users page.

If you want to cancel your AOL account and have not figured out how to do so, here is the really hard-to-find number to call to AOL so you can cancel your account. It is 1 888 265-8008; or, you can contact them via FAX at 1 801 622-7969 (not toll-free).

To cancel an MSN account, call 1-800-386-5550.

To cancel an Earthlink account call1-800-890-6356.
