ValleyNet offers several different options for community organization websites, to accomodate varying needs and prices. Our mission statement clearly states our support for community and non-profit organizations, and our pricing for websites for community organizations reflects this support. ValleyNet offers these special community services to organizations which are either local community organizations or 501(c)(3) organizations within the ValleyNet service area.
If you would like to set up a website by mail, download the ValleyNet Website Signup Form and and User Agreement send them to us at the address at the bottom of this page.

If you already have domain-name website with us and want to add domain-name email boxes (so that you could use, say, info@myorganization.org as your email address), download our Domain Email form and send it in with the payment information.

Website Services and Fees
Domain Parking
- Register a domain name and let the world know that you're getting ready to use it. We set up a web page announcing that you are working on your website, giving you time to get your web presence organized while reserving your own domain name. This option includes the registration and set-up of domain name.
$35 annual fee, payable in advance

Classic Domain Website
- This is the workhorse site, suitable for an organization making the most of the web. 50 megabytes of space (enough for about 200 pages with many graphics), CGI capabilities (for forms, counters, etc), monthly statistical reports, and technical support. See below for information on optional domain-name registration and administration.
$95 annual fee, payable in advance.

ValleyNet/Manila websites

These websites run on a special webserver that allows you and your staff members to make changes and updates to your website using only a web browser like Internet Explorer or Safari. Once the site has been created, no knowledge of HTML coding or graphic production is required on your part to update the website pages, and website pages can be modified by anyone in the organization authorized to do so.

Premium Domain Website
- Our premium site offers high-end features for large organizations with a real presence on the web. 150 megabytes of space (enough for about 500 pages with many graphics), CGI capabilities (for forms, counters, etc), daily statistical reports, and technical support; this website option also includes one domain-name e-mail address (you@yourdomain.com); additional e-mail boxes are billed annually at $10 each. See below for information on optional domain-name registration and administration.
$51 quarterly, payable in advance.

Optional domain-name registration and administration
- ValleyNet can take care of the domain name registration and administration for your website, including the registration and renewal costs. Otherwise, you are responsible for registering the name and administering the DNS services. If you don't know what this means, have us do it.
$35 annually, payable in advance.

Website Design Services
- ValleyNet can help you design and implement a new website or make changes to your existing website, whether we host your site or not.
Our Manila option allows you to easily make changes to your new website; we design and code the site, and once you are satisfied with it we turn it over to you, and you can continue to add pages and images and to modify existing pages, right within your web browser.
We can also create standard websites and make modifications to your existing website. Give us a call to find out about our fees and typical costs for website design or modifications, or write to customer.service@valley.net.
Our Online Links to Your Community Organization's Website
- On this ValleyNet web site we maintain an index of community organizations known as the ValleyNet Community Organizations page. If you are a non-profit community organization, we will be happy to include your organization name, address, phone number, email address, web page address (if you have one), and a brief description of your organization's purpose and services. These listings are indexed by category, and make it easy for users to reach you, either by email or through your web page.
User Agreement
- If you do not have a current copy of the ValleyNet User Agreement on file with us, either ask and we will mail you a copy for your signature, or you can print it from the User Agreement page (or download it in pdf format), sign it, and mail it to us.
